The Clock Gone Bad frame is 8.5" high and 21" wide with 5" high numbers that can be seen from a hundred meters out. The timer has a remote control that gives the user the ability to start Fight Gone Bad or a 20/10 TABATA by hitting one button. One ping to begin work two pings to begin rest. The timer has a 10 second countdown for every workout to give the users time to prepare. The timer pings four times at the end of the countdown for 3-2-1-GO! The timer can be programmed to count up to or down from a set time. Timer has holes that are 16 inches apart to hang on wall studs. Remote control range is 40 meters. Acts as a clock when not used. Great Clock
This clock is great, it does what it is supposed to do. It has several good options to do different kinds of workout, and the remote control is very responsive. It's very good size and the numbers are really bright.
The only thing that bothers me is that they put the website and the phone number in front of the clock.

good but could be better
Tabata is great. This timer is not capable of setting up other timed programs. The tabata is a 20second on 10second off. I would have like to set my own time. The timer counts forward or reverse. I would have like something more like workout for 5min with 30second rest. Thanks
Great peice of equipment. Essential in any home/crossfit gym
Works like a charm. Already preset with the 17mins intervals to provide an addequate time of complete work. LOVE IT
