Very good product!! I'm already seeing results in my biceps and quads. Very small base and it doesn't take up a lot of room. Very pleased with this purchase. Also, because I got it on prime, I didn't have to pay $100+ in shipping. That's the best deal ever! It's similar to the Bowflex style machines, but without the outrageous Bowflex price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small home gym. BTW, to those who had any complaints about putting this together, it wasn't hard at all. For reference, I'm 5'2" and 125 lbs. I put this together in about 2 hrs. Suck it up and do it. Just be prepared for a bit of lifting. The diamond pattern base plate is about 40 lbs.

Stamina Bio Flex The Best
My Stamina Bio Flex Gym is the best. Very good price and a nice piece of equipment. Easy to use and you get a very good workout.
Great price and as good as the others!
I spent a couple years using a similar machine and wanted to get my own. After comparing lots of high priced ones, we decided this was the most budget friendly. I love it! I certainly recommend this over something similar with a much higher price!!
