Overall, I like this product!
I bought this to work out certain back muscles that were hard to target with my existing home gym equipment. My wife wanted it to do downward facing dog yoga poses while hanging (a feat the used to require a much more expensive piece of equipment). I give the product a thumbs up for what we wanted to accomplish.
Keep in mind that you have a mechanical advantage with this device. Therefore, some exercises, like squats are very easy while others offer an adequate challenge. It's more of an upper body workout device.
The only thing that irked me is that the demo videos are a bit deceptive on what the device is like attached to your door. First of all, they tell you there's only one way to attach the device to a door, but that's not how they attach it when showing how to exercises are done. The "approved" method protects your door from damage, but doesn't allow for device to be high enough in the air. Also, either the door used during the exercise demo is about 10...

Very Impressed...
This product is fabulous! It works great on a door, but I really like hooking it up under my deck on nice days. I have been working out for almost 20 years. My bench is over 400 pounds and the Gflex still gives me a challenging chest workout. I love how you can change exercises so quickly and easily. The ab exercises force you use your entire core for an intense workout. This system gives you a really good stretch and cardio workout if you limit your rest. I like the Gflex so much I bought two more for my sister and parents. They all have different fitness levels, but can adjust their workout easily by simply not leaning back or forward as much. When you go away the Gflex is a breeze to pack up and take with you. I weigh over 220 pounds, but even a small closet door holds the Gflex firmly in place. I highly recommend the Gflex to anyone interested in getting in better shape and building muscle in the comfort of your own home.

This is a wonderful and well made suspension trainer...the workout is very good and it's portability is great...for the price it can't be beat.
