Just what the cardio doctor ordered
Heavy and heavy duty this workout rope is perfect. I have the 40ft 2 inch version and let me tell you it is a great piece of workout equipment to own. I'm a trainer and the benefit of this rope to my overall cardio health is amazing. It looks easy but it ain't. If you have smaller hands opt for the 1.5 inch diameter otherwise gripping this bad boy will be kinda difficult under sustained undulating effort. Enjoy and train hard!
