Love my Total Gym Cyclo Trainer
I Love the Total Gym Cyclo Trainer, It actually feels like riding a bike and I love lying back watching tv while getting a cardio workout. The Total Gym is Good and the Cyclo Trainer makes it better!!!! I love being able to get a Total Work Out anytime day or night with-out ever leaving home. The best thing about the Cyclo Trainer it is I get a great workout and is fun to use.
Three Things I would Improve on
1. The back ground of the digital readout should be a bright green to read more easily.
2. Should have a choice between batteries and being able to plug the Cyclo Trainer into
an electrical outlet.
3. Exterior should be constructed of more metal , but this is a very good product....

Great workout with the cyclo trainer and the Total Gym. The cyclo trainer is very easy to attach. It is very sturdy and easy to use. Pedaling is also smooth and you can read or adjust the digits easily. I feel it will inhance my workouts putting cardio with in. The DVD is also great, to get ideas how to implement it into your daily workouts!
Improves Circuit Training and is FUN!!!
I love my Total Gym; (with Ab Crunch and accessories) plus the Cyclo-Trainer I get a full-bodied workout and it's fun! The CT comes with a DVD which explains how to use it; and has 3 workouts (a 15 min./30 min. & 45 min.) depending on how much time you have available. The workouts are intense but have variety so you can't get bored! I'm in my late fifties; slender and physically feel like I'm in my twenties!!! I highly recommend it for the convenience and the physical benefits!
Have had it now for 2 yrs.; only problem is you can't program all areas of the digital display now! :-(
