Overall, Mediocre Product

Cons:

It seems that this bench is adequate for someone who wants to save some money on a bench that has plenty of function or someone who will not lift a heavy amount of weight. Overall, it does its job and it is a decent looking bench.
The design is poorly engineered and it shows. There's not a whole lot of re-inforcement underneath the bench. In fact, the support basically consists a two-part metal frame held together by just two bolts - I'm guessing this is done to save on shipping/handling/packing costs. The back rest on the bench is also held together by two flimsy metal bars. Lastly, the holes in the seat padding were not drilled correctly! Only 3 of 4 bolts fit into it. bad customer service
You get what you pay for with this product. It's adequate for benching, however they could have used more padding on the leg extension. Doing leg curls causes a slight pain, due to the inadequate padding. I was also missing a part, and contacted customer service, like the manual suggested. I contacted them, and they didn't seem to be very helpful. At first they suggested it wasn't their problem, until I pointed out it states it right in the owner's manual. After a few months of going back and forth with them I decided it wasn't worth it. They kept claming they will send it, but they never did, claiming it was returned by the postal service. I will never buy any equipment that Jamz Fitness provides customer service on.
Leg extension hamstring curl weight bench
This is a nice little bench for leg exercises. I would not necessarily recommend it as a bench for doing hard core upper body weight lifting. I bought it specifically for leg extension and hamstring curl exercises. The bench adjusts easily from flat for hamstring exercises to elevated for extension exercises. You just have to remove the knee pads to do hamstring curls, but that's no big deal because it just slides right back in for doing extension exercises.
