RESISTANCE BANDS ARE SOMETHING NEW TO ME
When I kept typing in 'resistance bands' on the search engine, Bodylastics kept popping up. It wasn't so much that they claimed theirs were the best, because a lot of companies would claim that. It was because they proved they are the best. Since resistance bands are new to me, I'm still learning which tension is proper for certain exercises. Keep in mind one thing though, don't let the poundage numbers deceive you. This challenge only goes for regular strength people not powerlifters or accomplished bodybuilders. Stand on the middle of the orange 30 lbs tube (one or both of your feet depending on height) and try to do an overhead press. I guarentee when it comes to resistance bands 30 pounds takes on a whole new meaning. That's all for now. UPDATE 1/12/2012. The exercises you can do with Bodylastics is only limited to your imagination and commom sense physics. But the one thing I was able to accomplish was to closely simulate running in a round swimming pool. For those who don't...

Bodylastics Resistance Bands Work
I received this product in excellent condition before the estimated date of arrival. This is the 3rd kit I have purchased. One from Bodylastics direct and 2 thru Amazon.com. I'm over 70 and have no joint pain since using them and my muscles are starting to grow larger.
It's a great product stand alone or in combination with free weights. Muscle and Fitness magazine has on their website ways of using them stand alone and with weights. Bodylastics has a free exercise website called liveexercise.com that shows you many ways to use them.
