Serious piece of equipment
I own several pieces from Body Solid and this one lives up to the expectation set by the others: well engineered, well built, good assembly instructions. I'm over 200 pounds and this gear doesn't flinch. It's more expensive than something you'd get from the local sporting goods store but the fact they send along touch-up paint is revealing. This apparatus will be needing to have it's nicks and scuffs touched up long after lesser gear is heading to the dump.

Eh not too bad
I've had this for a month now. The product is decent. Wish it was a little higher, but I guess it's good for a home gym. I'm 5'9 and I can't hang with legs straight. It didn't take much to put it together. It's definitly sturdy. I weigh 245lbs and have no problems with it. Overall it's good for pull ups, chin ups, dips and knee raises. Probably worth the price.
All that I wanted
This chin up/knee raise/dip station is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I compared many models, both at local sporting goods stores and high end fitness stores along with several different online vendors. Amazon and Fitness Factory offered the best product for the price and with superior quality.

I purchased a refurbished floor model but it came very quickly and it excellent condition. There were a few minor nicks but those were quickly repaired with the touch up paint that was included in the shipment.

I am 6'3" and 200 pounds and this unit offers zero wiggle when I do any of the exercises on it. This is working perfect for my P90X workouts and I look forward to using it for many years to come.

Awesome pull up station
Absolutely love this Pull up station. I'm 5'6" and it works great. It's tall enough I don't touch the ground yet short enough so I don't need a ladder to reach the pull up bar. My husband is 5"11" and he loves it too, no issues with height at all. The station is very sturdy and well built.

Great Product
The product is high enough for me to do pull ups. I'm 6'2" and weigh 190. It is also a sturdy and easy to put together. I got it for $215 and I'm really happy with my purchase, especially after shopping for about 2 weeks. This was the best price and quality out there. It also comes with a lifetime warranty.
Worth the price
I looked at a few of these pull-up towers before deciding on this one. Two things I like were the square form and the diagonal bracing under the arm rests. Some others were constructed with tubular steel which didn't look as sturdy. I also felt that the arm rests needed that extra bracing. I was not disappointed when it arrived. Very easy to assemble and very solid.

cant beat the rack
I purchased the rack the end of september 2011. Just been too busy to write a review. first and foremost, every one else's reviews are all true. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that sometimes I feel that the rack could have been made a little deeper for allowing room to maneuver during different exercises. I had problems deciding on what brand of bench to buy and ended up going with the Fitness Gear adjustable (vertical down to decline) from Dick's sporting goods. So far so good. The bench has supported 375 pounds plus a 215 pound lifter, you do the math. (that's one thing to look for is how much the bench will actually support. Most only went to 350, Dicks version didn't say and it hasn't broken yet so we will see). The rack has had 585 in it and dropped on the safety catch pins and the thing didnt even budge. I was really surprised. I know they had to put a maximum number on the weight capacity of the equipment, but it will definately hold over 600! I would like...

Valor Athletics -- Quality Equipment
The previous reviews by murat meydan, Bob, and Andrew "Drew" are all correct. Just out of curiosity, I called Valor Athletics (I wanted to know the load limit on the attached pull up bar - 600lbs) and was pleasantly surprised to speak to the owner - Jim - as murat meydan mentioned. Jim was very knowledge about the equipment, its uses and specifications. I definitely came away with the feeling that if I did have a problem he would correct it.

As to the rack itself. It came in two boxes and all the pieces, nuts, bolts, and washers were there - a pleasant surprise. For assembly I would recommend both a socket and a lug wrench. I would also recommend completely assembling the rack first, then attach the Lat Pull. Also, the foam roller on the accessory bar is just that foam - have some duct tape available to cover and you would be set.

I'm 205lbs and with a 50lb plate the pull up bar didn't budge either with a close grip or a wide grip. The rack itself easily...

Sturdy But Not Perfect

The item is much bigger than I erected as the XMark website put it at just over 7 feet tall, but it is actually just under 8 feet where the punching bag hangs. (the 7 feet is actually where the pull up bars are. Once it is installed and all 50 some odd bolts are tightened the unit stands pretty strong and can handle a 200lb man do any exercise with little movement. You need 17mm and 14mm for the installation and I recommend the use of a ratchet. I will say that the unit is cheaper than purchasing all the items separately and takes up a lot smaller foot print which is nice for a home gym.
I do not however like the fact that the front feet jump up a half-inch or so when I am hitting the bag. I have a 100lb bag on it and although the unit would never tip over and it doesn't really move around, I would prefer if it stayed solid on the ground when the bag is swinging. The weight plate pegs are on the back where the punching...

This sandbag is very well made. The filler bags have hard corners, so for quick mass changes it can be a bit tricky. It's More comfortable than a bar for Working legs. I recommend this product for adding variety to your training.

Love it!
This sandbag has "up-ed" my performance and strength in my workouts! I'm able to easily (if necessary) take out the small bags of sand inside and make it lighter really quick...I haven't had to do this but having that option is great! I have not ever been this tone before in my life and I have been working out for at least 10+ years. Definitely a recommended item to have to include in your squats, lunges, etc.
Amazing Work out

Excellent heavy-duty calf platform. Easy assembly.
Product was on backorder, but the seller contacted me immediately and told me when it would be delivered. It then came exactly when he said it would.

This thing is heavy-duty. The only assembly involved was attaching the squat platform to the calf block with 2 bolts. I have not used the squat platform much - I prefer the flat floor. But the rounded calf block hits those calves hard. The surface of the calf block prevents your shoes from slipping.

Finding a way to exercise calves at home is difficult. Professional gyms can give up the space and money to dedicated calf machines, but most homes have a limit on both. If you've already dedicated the space in your home gym to a squat rack (and that's significant space), then there's no point in not owning this. Of course, a squat rack is absolutely necessary for this device:

Great Calf Block!
This is such a great upgrade over the old calf block I had. The one I had was the more traditional squared off metal kind so that the only part of the foot that makes contact is the small area that hangs on the edge. This calf block has a nice curve to it and it keeps more of the foot in contact which just feels better on the foot. It also feels much more secure and you never feel like your foot might slip off the edge like I did with the old block I had. The calf area has a nice surface that your feet wont slip off of even when your deep into the bottom position of a calf raise. Something thats hard to tell from the pictures is the height of the curved calf area. I think the measurements say that its 6 1/2 inches tall which is great because it really allows for a good stretch at the bottom which is very important for calves!

Then theres also the squat platform part of it. I have to admit that I doubt I will ever use this feature for squatting. The only version of the squat...

FANTASTIC Results!!!
I spent alot of time researching & reading reviews on different types of Inversion Tables, including the "Teeter". For the money I saved and the quality of the product, I can't say enough positive things about the Body Power AB & Back machine! It does exactly what it says it will do. The stretch relieves all that compression, and I use it faithfully every day for 10 minutes. My husband was very impressed by the workmanship that went into the product, and the easy of assembly. I have chronic lower back pain, and I love to walk every day, but my back just ain't what it used to be, so as soon as I make it back in from my 2-1/2 mile hike, I head right for the Inversion Table. It is relaxing and gives me total and immediate relief. I am amazed! I weigh 160 lbs., and my ankles are quite comfortable in the cushioned restraints. Body Power ABI1600
The machine comes in quite a few pieces that have to be put together. I found it simple but the instructions to put it together are a bit confusing. It makes it look alot more complicated than it is. The instructions for using the machine is not helpful at all. I was trying to figure a way to send it back until I did my own "thing" with it. If you use the back machine, then set the height adjustment 4" taller than you are. I'm 5'6 so I set it at 5'10. When I use the Ab part, I set it 4" inches shorter than my height. (5'2"). I think that the height adjustment is based more upon your arm lenght than your height when it comes to the Ab cruncher. After all, you want to feel comfortable when you Ab it. I'm only able to use it for about a minute at a time right now so I have it parked in front of my TV so that I use often during the day. I really feel it hitting my Abs and thighs when I used it. I haven't used the back part much yet because my big butt makes it feel uncomfortable right now...

Rack Review
I made the decision to purchase this rack becuase it appeared to be very sturdy and becuase of the addition of the dip bars. While the rack is capable supporting large loads it is unstable at times. When performing dips the back left corner or top right from the view of performing dips comes off the ground. I am only 210 lbs. This is the same for my wife whom is 130 lbs. The black guards on the top and bottom of the J-Hooks are poor quality and come off easily. This is somewhat frusturating during installation. I am even more upset that the price appears to have dropped by a couple hundred dollars in just a few weeks...

Good rack for the money
Nice design, with one exception, the metal tubing is a bit thin, and without a cross section on the bottom and fully welded sections, this is a tiny bit wobbily. Not a major issue. The extra bar placements are a handy feature, you can just set them and leave them be. I like the solid safety bar as well, much easier to use. Would be nice to have some number ticking on the holes but not a big deal.
No worth the extra price
I bought this power cage because the construction appeared to be solid. To my disappointment, it is not, and if you are going to use this cage for anything resembling serious training, beware of the following:

1.The material is too thin: while assembling the cage and trying to get the upright beams and the cage as tight as possible to avoid issue 2 below, the metal under the bolts bent! I did not use anything big, or power tools, just a regular wrench, so much for hand tight...

2. The cage is not laterally stable: if you are doing anything that has even a bit of lateral movement(kipping pull/chin ups, racking a heavy bar, dips on the dip station, etc) the uprights will move side to side, a lot, which is an issue considering that the only structural components keeping them in place are

Pretty good treadmill and support, poor packaging/shipping
Bought on Amazon for $799 when it was on a one day sale with free shipping. Delivered as promised between 12-3pm by Ceva - they placed the box inside the house by the front door. I immediately noticed that the box was quite banged up - made a note of that in the delivery receipt. Pushing it to the gym room on the same floor took some effort - the box is heavy, even though it was tiled flooring the whole way.

Upon unpacking I discovered broken pieces of black plastic, and some of the wooden supporting blocks inside the box (to help protect the insides by maintaining box integrity) had shifted or completely dislocated, and I noticed the damage to the plastic parts, specifically the right foot-rail and the lower back cover. I called support, who called back in a few hours later and were very helpful. Since the damaged parts were external and "non-structural", I proceeded to assemble the unit (knowing I wouldn't have to send it back or have major parts replaced). Support helped...

ProForm Customer Service the worst
I received the ProFrom 995 from Amazon without any problems. It took about 3 hours to assemble the treadmill by myself with a little assistance from my wife with the Console installation. One of the screws that attaches the left upright to the base would not screw in all the way so I decided to contact customer service. That is where it all went downhill. I called customer service the first time and spent an hour on hold before hanging up. The second time I called customer service I chose the option to have them return my call and two hours later I received a call from ProForm. The rep that called me said I needed to register the machine first and one of the questions she asked was how much I paid for the machine. When I asked her why she needed to know how much I paid for the machine she stated that if they had to replace the machine it would be based on the price that I paid for the machine and not necessarily a comparable machine. The customer service rep also told me that...
Outstanding Treadmill - Yes, I own it
I am prefacing this review with the facts that I purchased this item, assembled it myself, and have used it myself for about a week on this first writing. I may add to the review over time.

Shipping:
Item arrived in great shape delivered inside my home, great job! The box is very large and extremely heavy - be careful!

Unpacking:
I had them deliver the item into the room where I was going to use it - make sure you have ample space to receive the large box and assemble. I cut open the box and left the very long treadmill on top of the bottom of the box, but be very careful as there are several components including the electronics packed underneath. Get those parts out of the way before assembly.

Note you can put this together somewhere else then move it, but its large, cumbersome, and awkward to roll around although possible.

What we needed
We decided on this tower after looking all over the net for different models. We also went to various local stores looking at different options. Between Amazon's price and free shipping, this was the best deal. It arrived about 6 days after we ordered it. The assembly was easy enough. It took my fiance and I about 30 minutes to put it together. The packaging was good and there were no missing parts. Based on the packaging, even a hole in the box would probably not lead to lost parts. The nuts and bolts are packaged in a larger package together so it would be difficult to lose them. There were some small scratches on a few pieces. If we cared, we could hit it with some hit touch-up paint. The scratches do not go through the paint and are hard to see. We are not planning on fixing them. I am a big guy (230lbs) and the unit easily supports me. As I lose weight, the unit should only get more stable. Obviously any tower that is compact is not going to be as sturdy as something you would...

Very hard to buy these things online
This product has a few major flaws that make it not worth the money. For some perspective, I'm a 30yr old male, I work out very often and I'm 5'9".
1. the arm bars are too far apart and are Not adjustable. This makes dips painful on your shoulders, rendering this part of the machine useless. If you have very very broad shoulders it may be okay for you. But when you pay over $100 for a machine that only does three things, you'd like for all three things to work.
2. Even if you could do the dips without pain, you'll hit your head on the chin-up bar if you're any taller than say 5'4". This is why some of the machines put the dip station on the opposite side- a better idea.
3. Again, because the arms are so far apart, it actually makes leg raises much more difficult and awkward.
4. While safe and pretty sturdy, the machine rocks slightly during pull-ups. To avoid this you have to put your back on the back brace when doing pull-ups.

Easy to assemble and strong. I am 6'3 and there is enough room for me to do chin-ups facing away from the apparatus. Also there is enough head clearance from the chin-up bar when I do dips. I would buy again and would reccomend.

Well worth the money!!
This machine gives a great work out. It is very well made and comes with an easy to follow DVD. It really works all the muscle groups and because it has four resistant cords, you can increase or decrease the intensity of your workout. They have made it very easy to raise the carriage and becase it has wheels at the end of the machine, it's very easy to move around. It doesn't take up a lot of room like some of the other pilate machines I looked at which is why I purchased it and am very glad that I did. There is not one thing about it that I don't like. This really is a winner.
