Pretty Good
I tried an inversion table a week ago at a gym and had to have one. I ordered this one on Monday and got it on Tuesday with free shipping so that was exciting in itself. Assembly was pretty easy, the bolts are already in the holes they go in, so that saves time looking to see which one you need. Put together it seems pretty sturdy. I had it put together in less than an hour by my self.
The inversion felt good, I was on a Teeter table at the gym and while it was super nice, I am not going to spend that much money, right out of the gate.
My only complaint is, I am not that tall and to set the table at a full inversion, with the foot slippage, my head hit the metal bar instead of resting on the mat part. I think I can fix this with a travel pillow. My arms also are touching the ground, but I can also live with this. Overall I am really happy, my back and shoulder don't hurt this morning and my hips aren't screaming at me for all the sitting and driving that I do.

Better than I expected
Knowing these things can run upwards of $300-400 I was expecting something of less quality when I ordered this $119.00 unit. I am pleasantly surprised with the sturdiness and construction of this table. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. It was pretty easy to assemble, there was some pre-assembly out of the box. The only thing negative I have to say about it is that once assembled, it is a challenge to move around. It is on the heavy side, which is good in that it is heavy duty, but it doesn't fold down to a manageable size if you wan't to move it from room to room.
Great for back pain
I won't lie and tell you that my pain is cured; however, I can truthfully state that it helps immensely. It relieves tension in my back and ultimately results in easier, less painful days. Don't be fooled into thinking that the $280 inversion tables are any better. The Body Max was simple to put together and folds easily for easy storage.

FANTASTIC Results!!!
I spent alot of time researching & reading reviews on different types of Inversion Tables, including the "Teeter". For the money I saved and the quality of the product, I can't say enough positive things about the Body Power AB & Back machine! It does exactly what it says it will do. The stretch relieves all that compression, and I use it faithfully every day for 10 minutes. My husband was very impressed by the workmanship that went into the product, and the easy of assembly. I have chronic lower back pain, and I love to walk every day, but my back just ain't what it used to be, so as soon as I make it back in from my 2-1/2 mile hike, I head right for the Inversion Table. It is relaxing and gives me total and immediate relief. I am amazed! I weigh 160 lbs., and my ankles are quite comfortable in the cushioned restraints. The Table itself gives support & comfort, as well. It's so easy to manuever, and just as easy to fold in half for compact wall storage.

Body Power ABI1600
The machine comes in quite a few pieces that have to be put together. I found it simple but the instructions to put it together are a bit confusing. It makes it look alot more complicated than it is. The instructions for using the machine is not helpful at all. I was trying to figure a way to send it back until I did my own "thing" with it. If you use the back machine, then set the height adjustment 4" taller than you are. I'm 5'6 so I set it at 5'10. When I use the Ab part, I set it 4" inches shorter than my height. (5'2"). I think that the height adjustment is based more upon your arm lenght than your height when it comes to the Ab cruncher. After all, you want to feel comfortable when you Ab it. I'm only able to use it for about a minute at a time right now so I have it parked in front of my TV so that I use often during the day. I really feel it hitting my Abs and thighs when I used it. I haven't used the back part much yet because my big butt makes it feel uncomfortable right now...

What we needed
We decided on this tower after looking all over the net for different models. We also went to various local stores looking at different options. Between Amazon's price and free shipping, this was the best deal. It arrived about 6 days after we ordered it. The assembly was easy enough. It took my fiance and I about 30 minutes to put it together. The packaging was good and there were no missing parts. Based on the packaging, even a hole in the box would probably not lead to lost parts. The nuts and bolts are packaged in a larger package together so it would be difficult to lose them. There were some small scratches on a few pieces. If we cared, we could hit it with some hit touch-up paint. The scratches do not go through the paint and are hard to see. We are not planning on fixing them. I am a big guy (230lbs) and the unit easily supports me. As I lose weight, the unit should only get more stable. Obviously any tower that is compact is not going to be as sturdy as something you would...

Very hard to buy these things online
This product has a few major flaws that make it not worth the money. For some perspective, I'm a 30yr old male, I work out very often and I'm 5'9".
1. the arm bars are too far apart and are Not adjustable. This makes dips painful on your shoulders, rendering this part of the machine useless. If you have very very broad shoulders it may be okay for you. But when you pay over $100 for a machine that only does three things, you'd like for all three things to work.
2. Even if you could do the dips without pain, you'll hit your head on the chin-up bar if you're any taller than say 5'4". This is why some of the machines put the dip station on the opposite side- a better idea.
3. Again, because the arms are so far apart, it actually makes leg raises much more difficult and awkward.
4. While safe and pretty sturdy, the machine rocks slightly during pull-ups. To avoid this you have to put your back on the back brace when doing pull-ups.

Easy to assemble and strong. I am 6'3 and there is enough room for me to do chin-ups facing away from the apparatus. Also there is enough head clearance from the chin-up bar when I do dips. I would buy again and would reccomend.

Not that bad...
I ordered this based on the price and the fact that it had a seat as well as the arm bars I read the reviews of more expensive models and had a bit of anxiety towards putting it together. It only took about an hour and as long as you use your own tools and not the dollar store rejects they give you should have no problems.

I am giving this only three stars based on 2 things, First I am 6foot tall and when I use it as an elliptical its a bit tight and I do tend to punch myself a little when it comes back but I solved that by reversing them.

The other reason is also the handles being a little short. It feels like I'm punching downward instead of parallel. This machine is definitely designed for smaller men or women. but, besides that I do get a decent workout on it. Overall if you're looking for a value I would recommend this.

Good piece of equipment!
This is a pretty good little piece of equipment. For the money, you probably can't beat it. I've been using it for a few weeks, and so far so good. Its seems pretty solid. I'm in pretty good shape and this machine will definitely give a good workout. The motion is smooth and there's not much sway at all (I'm 5'9", 175 lbs). I like the adjustments to the seat, it gives you a good range. Its also pretty light and rolls easily. All in all, can't find anything to complain about.

Great bike, but be wary of the seat
This exercise bike is a good value for the money. It is quite sturdy for an inexpensive bike, works well, and is easy to put together. I also like the handlebars, so my upper body can be getting a workout while I'm pedaling instead of just my legs. I got this bike because I needed to rehab my knee after having microfracture surgery. The only reason I can't give this bike 5 stars is because of the hardness of the seat. Even though I purchased the Sunlite Gel Bicycle Seat Cover (which Amazon suggested in the Frequently Purchased Together section of the bike's webpage) at the same time that I purchased the bike, it barely makes a difference. After 30 minutes of riding, I am literally forced to get off of the bike. I also put a thick towel on top of the Gel Seat Cover, and even with that extra measure, my butt and family jewels are rendered numb from the hardness of the seat. I probably should have done more research on seat covers instead of simply buying the one that Amazon suggested...

Great Bike
I bought this bike after I found out that I have diabeties and the Dr wanted me to start exercising. I am heavy and was afraid it would not work for me but it was fine. Works really good. Love big seat for my big butt. Me and my special needs son put together and it went well. Light enough to move. Electronics arent great but the rest we like.
The Best Exercise Machine Ever For The Price
In all honesty im 6 Feet Tall and its fine i don't see any problem with it, i read the other review about "it's for midgets" and that not true. I have it on the highest seat setting and my knees still don't hit the bars or my chest lol. Its a great bike... i would only recommend getting the gel seat cover they recommend to get, i think its called "Cloud Nine" Other than that your good to go. I also read that it's a bit loud and that it makes it difficult to hear the TV at the same time your using the Bike. Well i have mine right in front of the TV and yes the bike makes some noise....but nothing to stress over, all you have to do is raise the volume a little and it's good,the bike isn't that loud. Now lets get to assembling part,oh wait i forgot to tell you there barely is any assembling to do, i put it together in 30 minutes and the instructions were good to me.
