I like it a lot.
So I've answered a few questions here and there on other people's review, so I figured I would start my own.

I bought this weight bench mainly because I wanted to workout in peace and avoid any gym environment.

Assembly took me about three hours, but that's because I did it on my own. That being said, I would recommend two people carrying it out for safety purposes.

The box came with everything I needed, so I was happy that it was complete. Also, it did not come damaged like other reviewers have said, so I guess I got lucky in that regard too.

I like the flexibility of the catches because you can put them along different heights of the unit and are reversible. The one exception is that the catches at the very top (facing on the opposite side in the picture), in that they are restricted to that height (but are reversible too). Good Bench
This is a solid product and I like it a lot. The only complaint I have is that the squat rack in the back is definately for a taller person, but I just turned the top front rack holders around to use in the back. I'm only 5'6" so getting the bar back up on the squat supports was a bit difficult, but once I turned the front ones around it was much easier. I like the versitility that it offers in that regard too. Overall a very solid product.

Decent entry level investment
The angle on the bench is great, however it can feel a little unsteady and would benefit from a slightly larger footprint to alleviate that. Quick to assemble and the ability to fold it flat for storage is great and easy. However, as another reviewer mentioned, the included instructions were incorrect - in particular lacking instruction on how to set up the hinge mechanism so the bench can be folded flat for storage. The bolt goes in the hole closest to the bench and the clip goes in the other hole to secure it in either the open or flat position (the angled end should rest on top on the bar supporting the bench).

Bench is weak and uncomfortable. It does the job, but not on the highest incline because of poor design. If you put in on the higher inclines your legs will suffer from the awkward position. Not to mention it hurts your back. But hey, it's Fifty Bucks.

Just Perfect!
I finally found the perfect bench. I've been searching stores and online for a few months now. I kept coming across this bench but held off because it had zero reviews. Here is my opinion on the bench itself.
Pros-
It is well built. Welded solid metal pieces. It has Thick soft seating, comfortable for the lighter or heavier build (perfect for both my husband and I) Flat Incline Decline. The bench goes every which way you need it to be from completely erect to full on decline. It is super easy to position.
The preacher bar is easily removed by a clip if you prefer to tuck it away when doing leg work.
The leg extension holds plate weights. It has a normal size pole, but has a thicker connection for olympic size weights that may have a bigger hole on the plate itself. Also comes with an olympic size clip to hold them in place. There is plenty of room under the bench if you need to store your plate weights flat on the floor.

Great So Far!
I haven't put it to the full test yet but after putting it together it seems like a great deal for what you get. I'll follow up as time wears on only if I have any issues. Seems very sturdy and extremely adjustable. I like the row capability that isn't mentioned using the curl/leg bar. I only had to tap-in one piece with a hammer that didn't want to fit but it did fine. The pull-pin assembly was pre-installed but seems really weak. Like it's made out of the weakest metal on the planet. I hope it holds up after 100 pulls. It does "lock" into place when screwed. The roll pads need a sleeve so they don't grind the paint off. The leg carriage bolt shaft should be longer and less threads so the bearing will be fully seated shaft-to-sleeve. The seat pad seems sufficient and are made of real plywood, not sure how thick. I did have to glance at the instructions several times to understand the connections and it took about 1.5 hours going slow I'd guess. I did leave out the washers on the seat...
solid x mark bench that will stand tough workouts
I was very pleased with my purchase. The XMark xm-4419 is as described and it's worth the money (compared with the other fancy over-priced brands), solid, roomy, and comfortable. The bench is a regular size gym bench, you won't feel like you are gonna fall off of it, the pads are wide enough to cover all your back and butt(even if you are tall and big, but not over 6'4") when you sit and exercise, it will hold your weight, you won't feel like you are gonna break the bench. The preacher curl is wide enough to place both your arms on it using the attachment or using dumbbells for one arm curl. The leg extension is comfortable to use as well as leg curls. Your money will be worth it for the price, for you get to do many exercises using this bench.

The bench came in packed very well, it was double packed to insure it from getting damaged during shipping (it is heavy 80lbs, the UPS dude wasn't happy about that, they delivered it with attitudes, very unprofessional). The...

Good Bench
This is my first fitness bench purchase I am satisfied with the product.

Good:
1. All metal pieces were of stellar quality.
2. It is by far the most comfortable bench I have used.
3. I am 5' 10" and I can easily rest my head on all positions.
4. It doesn't wobble after adjustments.
5. No leg support for decline but the seat is big enough to clamp your thighs on but I would not recommend it for sit ups. There is also three seating positions.

Bad:
1. . Some of the nuts and bolts are pretty difficult to screw on due to spray paint. You may need to strip off the paint otherwise you wear out the screws during installation. Its a bit tough of the hand using their hex keys.
2. The manual was poor and they could drawn the diagrams larger and clearer. The bolts and parts are laminated into a cardboard and some of the pieces popped out for me which may have scratched other parts.

Very nice bench
This is a very nice, sturdy bench. It's well made and heavy. I got it to use with dumbbells up to about 50 pounds each. I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs and it's very stable, a taller person would easily fit on this bench. It's bigger than it looks in the picture.
Good Bench...
Overall a good bench...It is sturdy and has ample room for an adult to do any range of exercise on it. The welds and the frame are excellent and ease of assembly is good. The only thing that I wish that it had was the ability to secure your feet for sit-ups. Overall a solid 4 star rating for this bench.

What you see is not what you get
Amazon really needs to change the photo on-line. This bench has been redesigned and is not the one currently pictured.

This bench would not due for an advanced lifter but should be adequate for the novice.

pros:

1) good value
2) mostly well made with good materials
3) nice incline feature

cons:

1) bottom seat should tip up for comfort when in incline position
2) leg holder not a good design
3) not a good crunch board
4) plastic leg caps keep falling off when moving bench
5) no directions for assembly or use
Fantastic value bench
For only ~$100, I don't know if you can do better. I heard bad things about the cheapo Apex bench and wanted something that wouldn't kill me. It was between this or the Bowflex benches. Since I hear bad things all the time about Bowflex products and they're all horrendously overpriced, I went with this one.

Pros:
- Sturdy (430lb weight limit). No qualms about stepping on this holding dumbbells.
- Very comfortable. Wide enough for an average person to lie down comfortably. Good height and length. Foam is dense but not hard and the surface feels VERY nice to the touch. Higher quality than I'd expect from a $100 bench.
- Easy enough assembly

Neutral:
- Item is slightly different than bench pictured. There is no rounded cushioning under your knees, it's just a flat cushion. It also appears to be lower than the one pictured.
- I'm 5'11" and the top of the bench hits my very upper neck. If supporting your head is important, be weary...

Excellent for the Cost
The product was easy to assemble. It came with a plastic-sealed kit with each part numbered, making it easy to identify each part. Finish assembling within 30 minutes, and easier to assemble with two people but not necessary.

The seat came with bits of black spots on red part; I didn't really care but just wanted to give people a heads up. The back of the bench wasn't able to support my head when adjusted to a 90 degree angle (I'm 5'8"). The 4-roll leg lockdown feature is pretty awesome except I find it to be a bit loose, as in the padded rolls leave a little space, showing the bar and causing the leg rolls to move side to side. Aside from these minor flaws, I love this bench. It's very comfortable and has 6 angle adjustments, allowing me to do various exercises. It was relative cheap, compared to the other products on the market. On a final note, the seat/back cushion is very comfortable but its one of those cushions with staples in the back, so not sure how long the chair...

Works but Poorly Designed
This product is sturdy and easy to assemble, but that is where the good things stop. This bench is a pain to change position, for anyone who changes the bench position a lot, I recommend to get a bench that uses a bar to change position. Next, the foam pads in the front get in the way of the work out all the time and the things on the outside of the foam pads are plastic and broke within the day. When it broke it made the plastic very sharp and I cut myself on it a couple times. There are just many problems with this bench and is certainly not worth it.

Sweet Bench
At first I was leery about buying this, due to the specs listed on amazon did not list a weight limit. I am 210lbs, and the bench has a max weight of 600 lbs. This to me means I can do max weight on bench press and not have to worry. It is super easy to put together and is solid welded construction. I have rubber floor mats in my garage, and there is not one bit of wobble. I never write reviews, but there were none for this so I hope this helps.

Excellent bench, confirmed to have 600 lb total limit (300 lb user, 300 lb weights)
This flat bench is clean and simple, with a max weight much higher than that of similar competitors' products. In the manual that came inside the box, it specifically states a max weight of 600 lb (contrary to an incorrect review here that claims it is 300 lbs through some so-called "research" online, and actually never even bought the product!).

The relevant section on page 7 of the included manual reads, word for word:

Great Bench for the Price
I'm 5'11", 240 lb (but trying to lose.) I know a lot of people review these lower-end benches and discuss the size and stability. My take is that it's adequate for me. Not super steady and slightly smaller than what would be ideal, but for the price I think it's fine. I bench 50 lb and find that it rocks a bit more than I'd like, but it's definitely not bad and I don't feel that it's dangerous - just isn't "rock" solid. I find as I lay on it I may have to slide a bit so that my body is on it just right - that's where it could stand to be just a bit bigger.

Ok, having said all that I really like it. I knew I wasn't getting the perfect bench at this price. I think I definitely got what I paid for. I really like that it folds up as we don't have a lot of room where we use it so we fold it up and put it against the wall when it's not in use. I didn't see any other bench, in this price range, that had that feature.

Great for the price
With 100 lb. dumbbells this bench can easily hold the 350 lbs handed to it. Had a Marcy bench before and had zero problems. So far this one is also working out like a charm.

The only downside is that it's not very tall so if you're trying to do an incline of any sort, you won't be able to rest your head back. That may/may not be important to you (kind of a pain, IMO).

Very nice... but not perfect
ASSEMBLY

Assembly time took just over 45 minutes and illustrations were clear. Assembly was easy and straight-forward. Only issue with assembly was that one of the leg cushions were a little too snug and I had to keep on twisting and turning it to get it to slide into the pole, but eventually I got it to go in with a lot of twisting. Bolt holes all lined up nicely and inserted quickly. Assembly tip: when assembling the frame to the board it is easiest if you turn the boards upside down and then place the frame on top of it instead of placing the board on top of the frame, just easier to align holes that way.

QUALITY

Supporting staples on the underside of the boards seemed to be clustered closer in some regions while other regions a bit farther apart than what I would have preferred. I would have like to see more staples used to support the vinyl to the board. Not really a big deal though as it probably looks good enough for now, maybe...

Well-constructed and great value
This is a very nice bench by any standards and as other reviews mention, it was very easy to put together. The instructions are well-written, the diagrams clear and the whole thing is well-engineered and heavy duty construction. The manual says it can hold a 300lb. person plus 300lbs. or weight and I don't doubt that at all. It is also very easy to adjust and doesn't have a lot of little parts. It took me about 50 minutes to assemble it and I went very slowly.

It is true that there are only four positions you can use on this bench, but for most people that is plenty. Also, it is a perfect product to use with a dumbbell workout. If you go this route, I recommend either Pair of Personal PowerBlock Adjustable Dumbbells - 5-45 Pounds in 5 Pound Increments or PowerBlock SportBlock Dumbbell Set. These adjustable dumbbells are rugged, less expensive than other brands and the safest that I know of...
OK, but not as good as the Ironmaster bench
I purchased 3 benches over the course of a few months, returned 2 of them and am very happy with my final purchase. I'm reviewing all 3 of the benches because it was an educational experience and I hope other people don't have to make the same mistakes I did.

As background, I have a small apartment in NYC and wanted a bench to use with dumbbells because I was quitting my gym membership. I wasn't trying to get a full workout machine because while that might be optimal, I don't have enough space for something like that. Pretty nice
This piece of equipment is very sturdy and stays in place during use. It does not take up a lot of space and is efficient. The only problem is that the padding is not good. If I do not place another pad on top of the pads, it is too uncomfortable to use. I purchased one of those "gel" type pads and that works well. It is too bad the pads on this product are not better, but that is the only complaint I have.

Very flimsy Roman Chair
I bought this Roman chair because of the price. However I wouldn't recommend it to someone else. It feels very weak and small definitely not for a taller person. As you do the exercise the chair feels as if it's tipping over forward. Also the padding for the hips is very thin and stiff, it digs into your hips while working out.

The Good:

The Bad:
- padding is thin
- only for bench press and bench press varieties
- too high for people under 5' 5"
- front legs get in the way and I'm over 6'1"

This is a perfect bench for anyone starting out or on a budget. My wife had problems with the bench height and the front legs get in the way. The pads are not designed to support any weight unless you are centered on the bench. I would not do step ups on this bench.

Decent for the money
This bench has been really decent for the money. I used it in my outdoor backyard home gym setup. It was easy to install, and good quality for the money, its sturdy.
The bench has three positions: horizontal, mid way, and vertical.

My one issue with it is that it needs one more position. When the back part is straight up, its too vertical for me. I prefer to have my bench back be just sligthly back from vertical with doing military presses, etc. I hope that makes sense. I knew this bench didnt have that option when I bought it, so its not a failure on the product. Its just somethat I learned once I had the bench as far as my preferences.

I gave it a 4 star based on price. If you have bigger budget, always get the bench with the most back position options you can afford.
Overall pretty good.
This is the second bench I have assembled in my life. Including the time it took to hunt down my socket set and a wrench, it took me a little less than an hour to assemble. I have used it for every exercise I've ever done with free weights and had no problems with it. The closest thing I have to a complaint is that to move it, you have to grab the frame instead of the seat like I've gotten used to. It fits into my smith machine perfectly and at 6' flat I find it comfortable. It doesn't have the most gadgets, it's not the most amazing bench in the world either, but it's sturdy and affordable.

Great workout, design is flawed though
I bought this product about a year ago and it's served me well, great gains with 6 sets of 6 reps, currently lifting 40 and 60 pounds. It can be uncomfortable on your back if you try to lift too much weight, so be careful with regards to over lifting. Most importantly in the design is the bars that hold the weights you're trying to lift. They're made way too small. I had to take off the rubber protector to fit on all the weight I needed on both the bottom and top section, and there's still not much room to put on what I'm going to need in the future. If you're serious about lifting and not a small guy, I'm 5'6' and 120, look for something that can hold more weight.

I bought this for my home gym, and I have to say it is a great piece of equipment. Set wasn't the easiest since it was a two box set. It really works well and a great addition to my gym. It supports a great deal of weight and repeated usage. Great for serious workouts or just to stay toned.

Ab Bench Recumbent
First off, I purchased this for my small aerobics room and it does not take up much space , even with the weight arm swinging through the air in the back of the unit. Secondly holding on to the upper levers and pulling forward and down flexes your upper abs very well and with enough repetitions you will get a great burn. Lastly I do not use the leg lifting part at all , I don't care for the angle or the fit, however I believe the GAB300 is still more than worth the money only using it for my upper abs. For me it is safe , fun and convenient.
